Over 10 years ago, Michele decided to take puddings into my own hands and started supplying friends and family with the traditional Christmas dessert. This hobby suddenly blossomed into a full-fledged business in 2013.

Michele has over 35 years’ of hospitality experience in hotels, restaurants and food processing. With her degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, Michele parlayed a career with Four Seasons, Hilton International and the Delta Hotel chains. She has also taught classes in preserving and commercial food preparation in both Canada and the U.S.

AS a fearless entrepreneur, Michele loves small business and fine food – she enthusiastically shares the rituals around Christmas pudding and other heritage desserts. When not in pudding season, Michele freelances in business intelligence and forensic accounting.
