Returns –

If you have a problem with your King George pudding, notify us immediately at info@theartofpudding.com.  We will do our best over the holiday season to rectify your issues, but please understand that sometimes elements beyond our control will preclude us from meeting your needs. If you feel the product is defective, please send a photograph of the issue so we can document whatever damage has been sustained. If time allows, will ship a replacement or issue you a credit.  Returns are not accepted without an RMA.

Shipping –

Freight rates are based on weight and distance.  Shipments in Canada are handled by Canada Post and can take up to 10 days for delivery during the holiday season.

Shipments in the United States are handled by the U.S. Postal Service or Federal Express.

Please include in the delivery address, the suite/apartment number, and a phone number is preferred.

If information is incorrect or invalid, we are unable to provide refunds for shipping charges for undeliverable product.  A subsequent shipping will incur separate freight charges.

Shipment Delays –

We ship a holiday product, and as such there can be events beyond our or the Postal Services’ control, including weather, refusal of delivery, Acts of God, strikes/disruptions or other events that may preclude timely delivery. Refunds for shipping are not available under these conditions, and product may not be returned for credit.

Currency –

Prices are quoted in either U.S. or Canadian dollars depending on destination of shipment.
